mPassport Seva

Passport Seva Project, being executed by Consular, Passport and Visa (CPV) division of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, aims at providing all the Passport-related services to the Indian Citizens in a speedy, convenient and transparent manner. This is one of the largest projects of the Government of India under the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) being executed in public-private-partnership mode with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as the private partner. The project is already operational and servicing citizens through 77 Passport Seva Kendras across India.

MEA with a view to provide mobile enablement of public services, has launched a Mobile Application ‘mPassport Seva’ to offer a wide variety of services to smartphone users such as Passport application status tracking, locating the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) and general information on various steps involved in obtaining a Passport.

Projet Seva de passeport, en cours d'exécution par les services consulaires, passeports et des visas division (CPV) du ministère des Affaires extérieures (MEA), gouvernement de l'Inde, vise à fournir tous les services liés aux passeports aux citoyens indiens dans un rapide, pratique et transparent manière. C'est l'un des plus grands projets du gouvernement de l'Inde dans le cadre du Plan national de gouvernance électronique (NeGP) en cours d'exécution en mode public-privé partenariat avec Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) que le partenaire privé. Le projet est déjà citoyen d'exploitation et d'entretien à 77 Passport Seva Kendra à travers l'Inde.

MEA en vue de fournir activation mobiles des services publics, a lancé une application mobile »mPassport Seva« d'offrir un large éventail de services aux utilisateurs de smartphones tels que le Passeport application de suivi d'état, la localisation du Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) et des informations générales sur différentes étapes nécessaires à l'obtention d'un passeport.
